The check-in and check-out schedule is as follows:
Check-ins are from 4:00 PM onwards.
Check-outs are before 11:00 AM.
Both bedrooms are equipped with hotel-quality bedding and memory foam mattresses:
- First Bedroom: Electric double bed (2 mattresses of 80x200 cm, totaling 160x200 cm)
- Second Bedroom: Double bed, 160x200 cm
The kitchen is fully equipped with:
- Appliances: Refrigerator, Microwave, Conventional Oven, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Kettle.
- Tableware: Forks, Knives, Spoons, Plates, Bowls, Glasses, Cups, Kitchen Knives, Spatula, Ladle, Whisk, Scissors, Measuring Cup, Kitchen Scale, Vegetable Peeler, Can Opener, Corkscrew, Bottle Opener, Grater, Oyster Knife.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower with a sliding glass panel, a towel warmer radiator, and a wall-mounted toilet.
The living room and the large bedroom are equipped with Smart TVs.

Although not officially wheelchair-accessible, the accommodation is entirely on the ground floor and can accommodate a person with reduced mobility if accompanied by a companion.
